The world is now openly inviting the wrath of God for its wickedness, even mocking God and His Word as irrelevant, outdated, and harmful. Here’s just a glimpse of the rampant evils that will destroy any nation, but God cannot be mocked without judgment. The U.S. government leads the global beast-system; and the U.N. decriminalizes all sexual activity; while growing violence floods U.S. cities; and huge corporations mandate transgenderism; all while “woke” America sees a 15,000% growth in Pediatric Gender Clinics from 2007 to 2022. It was June 2007 when God called me to minister Christ’s end-time truths to believers and unbelievers.
It’s increasingly obvious that those of true faith in Jesus Christ are losing our once long-held positions of freedoms of speech, religion, and assembly. Those losses are linked to whether or not Christians toe the line of government mandates. Evil leaders demand that we approve their sanctioned LGBTQ+ agendas or lose our tax exempt 501c3 status; stop any and all speech that could offend those practicing homosexual, transgender lifestyles, or face massive lawsuits, fines and even jail time for so-called hate crimes. This evil will grow exponentially worse in the near future and is why many churches cower and bow their knee to governments, demonstrating that they have a greater fear and respect of man and earthly governments, than of Almighty God.
As these evils escalate the persecutions of the righteous, we justifiably ask as did Job: “Why do the wicked live and become old, yes, become mighty in power?” (Job 21:7). An ancient prophet also lamented: “They have grown fat, they are sleek; yes, they surpass the deeds of the wicked; they do not plead the cause, the cause of the fatherless; yet they prosper, and the right of the needy they do not defend” (Jer. 5:28). Did you catch that? There are evils so great “they surpass the deeds of the wicked”. Herein exists a level of wickedness that can be exceeded by yet greater wickedness, the wickedness of destroying the pro-creation of people, the image of God, and the deeds of the wicked infant abortions and of the LGBTQ+ agendas achieve that destruction!
Again, Jeremiah asks of the Lord God, “Righteous are You, O LORD, when I plead with You; yet let me talk with You about Your judgments. Why does the way of the wicked prosper? Why are those happy who deal so treacherously?” (Jer. 12:1). Today, the righteous are silenced, but the wicked exalted and prosperous. Great sums of money are given to government-sanctioned companies and organizations that murder the unborn, or boast in their transgender denial of the sex with which they were born. They are given extraordinary rights and privileges, while those Christians who stand against evil, oppression, and human degradation are reviled and punished.
The Holy Spirit reminds us that God does not today quickly destroy the wicked who prosper as He did during the days of ancient Israel, because “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9). [My emphasis] God is patiently waiting for “whoever believes in Him [Christ] should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16). And that God “desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus” (1 Tim. 2:4–5). In His goodness, God is longsuffering and wants all who will believe His Son, Jesus Christ, to be saved and to live with Him forever. [My emphasis] Still, the Day of Judgment and rewards draws near.
Lest we think the wicked escape, their Judgment comes “Immediately after the tribulation” (Matt. 24:29–31); at “the resurrection” (John 5:28–29); occurring “at the last day” (John 6:40, 44, 54); “at the last trumpet” (1 Cor. 15:52); at “the first resurrection” (Rev. 20:4–6); when “the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first” (1 Thess. 4:16); for “The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come, And the time of the dead, that they should be judged, And that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints, And those who fear Your name, small and great, And should destroy those who destroy the earth” (Rev. 11:18).
“The day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells” (2 Peter 3:10–13).
We who truly believe God in Christ, live our lives daily in love for Him, with confidence that “God is a just judge, and God is angry with the wicked every day” (Psa. 7:11). And further, God promised that “the wicked are reserved for the day of doom; they shall be brought out on the day of wrath” (Job 21:30). And that “Riches do not profit in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivers from death” (Prov. 11:4). God said “The great day of the LORD is near; it is near and hastens quickly. The noise of the day of the LORD is bitter; there the mighty men shall cry out. That day is a day of wrath, A day of trouble and distress, A day of devastation and desolation, A day of darkness and gloominess, A day of clouds and thick darkness, A day of trumpet and alarm Against the fortified cities And against the high towers” (Zeph. 1:14–16).
On that Day of Judgment and rewards “the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place. And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, and said to the mountains and rocks, ‘Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?’” (Rev. 6:14–17). Of that awesome day that ends the great tribulation and God’s wrath, God said to His elect, “A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you. Only with your eyes shall you look, and see the reward of the wicked” (Psa. 91:7–8).
The Holy Spirit said, “Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed—in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed” (1 Cor. 15:51–52). And “Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord” (1 Thess. 4:17). “He who testifies to these things says, ‘Surely I am coming quickly.’ Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!” (Rev. 22:20). The grace, mercy and love of God be with you all now and forevermore. Amen.
