It’s spring time 2025. In the coming weeks a papal Conclave will vote at Vatican City to elect a new pope…or not. This could be the event that begins the Tribulation in the Fall Harvest months of 2025 with the final fourth beast-kingdom of “iron mixed with ceramic clay” (Dan. 2:41). This is not a prophecy, but a spiritual discernment that the time has come for the religious ambitions of the Vatican to awake a final time to seize control of the world’s religions by crushing forces.
Pope Francis, the first-ever Jesuit pope, has died early this past Monday morning, April 21, 2025. The man to whom millions bowed the knee, the man whose hand and ring was kissed by many in reverend awe, the man who millions called “Holy Father”, rejecting Christ’s command “Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven” (Matt. 23:9), that man, Pope Francis, set on a pretentious throne, secured by a high-walled Vatican City, bedecked in royal colors, black and white, scarlet and purple depending upon the occasion and papal mitre headdress, has died. Many people have little to no idea that this is a very notable end-time event. And let’s not forget the papal ferula the pope carries with Christ visually still on the cross while the man deceptively and falsely claiming to be the Vicar of Christ is visibly seen and revered as such by those deceived by centuries of Catholic tradition, like blind sheep led to the slaughter.
Innumerable Catholics have been deceived to believe that the pope is the Vicar of Christ, which means “the pope, with reference to his claim to stand in the place of Jesus Christ and possess His authority in the church.” (Source) There’s no greater human pride than for a mere man to say he stands “in the place of Jesus Christ and possess His authority in the church”, and then convinces the biblically ignorant and spiritually non-discerning to actually believe him! No, post-Calvary and after Christ’s ascension to heaven God never appointed any one man as His representative on earth, but quite the opposite, for there are many representatives of God in Christ. The Holy Spirit said to all true believers “Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God” (2 Cor. 5:20).
With the death of Pope Francis, (who many believe was the last pope) the world has reached a turning point. It’s time for a new One World Religion which may begin forming in the coming months after the Vatican Conclave for the election of a new religious world leader, not a pope leading the Catholic Church, but a leader to unite the world in its new One World Religion. In the coming months the Catholic Church may by necessity rebrand itself as a church to unite the world’s diverse religions. That rebranding will likely lead to the One World Religion, being the head of the fourth and final beast-kingdom of Dan. 7:7. That rebranding will be met with much opposition, turmoil and lusts vying for authority. Don’t forget that it was Catholicism’s iron fist of Dan. 2:40 that tried to subjugate the world’s religions to itself and the papal throne for many centuries by forced conversions via murders and brutalities until after WWII when the Catholic Church by necessity rebranded itself as a gentler and kinder religion. The time to again discern the evil spirits of religious control by force, which never left the halls of the Vatican, has come.
The Holy Spirit warned of that end-time apostate church, saying “The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication. And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. [Then the end-time prophet said] I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus” (Rev. 17:4–6). Do not overlook the very identifying colors God gave us that we might be able to correctly discern exactly who “the woman” is of whom the Holy Spirit was speaking. Only Catholicism is steeped in royal colors and “arrayed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls”. Do your own research and note pictures of the Vatican’s Cardinals and Bishops in their royal attire. Orthodox Jews have some similar colors in their attire but nothing like the formal richly ornate décor of the Vatican just encrusted with gold, silver, precious stones and pearls.
The Holy Spirit warned of that apostate One World Religion and said, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities. Render to her just as she rendered to you, and repay her double according to her works; in the cup which she has mixed, mix double for her. In the measure that she glorified herself and lived luxuriously, [the Vatican is unmatched in opulent proud self-glory and luxuries] in the same measure give her torment and sorrow; for she says in her heart, ‘I sit as queen, and am no widow, and will not see sorrow.’ Therefore her plagues will come in one day—death and mourning and famine. And she will be utterly burned with fire, for strong is the Lord God who judges her” (Rev. 18:4–8). Do not overlook the truth that there are some people in Catholicism, and by extension will also be in the One World Religion, who are true born again believers, and it’s in that reality that the Holy Spirit exhorts and warns all to “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues”.
Time and space here prohibit from detailing the history of Catholicism and her evil brutalities that murdered millions of innocent people for many centuries simply because people would not bow the knee to the papal throne and its Jesuit army of cold-blooded murderers. The Vatican today appears kinder and gentler only by necessity and not repentant new birth renewal. More information about Catholicism’s history is in my book “ON EAGLES’ WINGS”. She’s the false and apostate church described at Rev. 17 and Rev. 18. The Vatican sits in Rome which is the city located on seven hills, “seven mountains” (Rev. 17:9), also “seven hills” (Rev. 17:9 NIV). And in recent years numerous evangelical pastors have led groups from their own churches to meet with Pope Francis at the Vatican and thereupon even declared him as “their pope”! God forbid! If there was ever an example of blind leaders leading the blind that occasion is manifestly it! On that issue, understand that there are those in so-called evangelical churches who have also made themselves apostate together with the Vatican’s false humility, idolatry, unbelief and rebellion. So when the Holy Spirit says “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues”, that applies to people in rebellious evangelical churches as well.
I believe Pope Francis was the last pope to govern Catholicism as the world has known it. And what millions refuse to admit or remember is its brutal history of violence against those resisting the papal throne. The centuries-old satanic spirits of violence and forced allegiance to popes was never repented of, nor have they been cast out of the Vatican and its power elite; in fact being as strong and stronger today than centuries ago. The reason for their increase is that God’s restraint on them is being removed in order to bring about the end of the age. This second and final estate of the Vatican’s rule in combination with AI will be a duo of terror the world hasn’t seen before.
