Christ Calls Us To Believe

Friday, September 26, 2025

From all evidence Charlie Kirk loved and served our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The gospel of Christ was preached at his funeral service and millions heard the impact of a man who dedicated his life to helping people come to faith in Christ and to serve Him with all their hearts. In regard to Charlie’s death by assassination I’m reminded of Jesus saying “Most assuredly I say unto you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much more grain” (John 12:24). Charlie was such a seed. Pray for his wife, Erika, and their two children, a boy and girl, that God would sustain them in the loss of their husband and father.

On the other side are many people who with vitriol spew malice and hatred of Charlie Kirk just because he spoke the truth about choosing a life of faith in Christ vs rejecting the truths of God and His Christ. Christian haters are of the Devil and are clueless about the eternal horrors they so arrogantly face. They are enemies of the Cross of Christ and we must pray for them. Jesus said believers are to be salt and light to unbelievers. The day will come when we, the redeemed of the Lord God, will see with our eyes the reward of the wicked, Psa. 91:8, as they are carried to their destruction. That sight will be so horrible that Christ will necessarily and permanently wipe the tears from the saint’s eyes, Rev. 7:17, Rev. 21:4, when He makes all things new, Rev. 21:5.

Charlie Kirk’s brutal murder is in fact an end-time sign that calls to every one of us who profess Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. We, like Charlie, have a target on our back because we serve the Lord Jesus. Servants of the Devil want us dead and out of their hearing, lives and conscience. We must expect the hatred of unbelievers to skyrocket because we are in the end-times and the wrath of Satan and his demons is rapidly increasing. In this we must prepare as the Lord said “Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves” (Matt. 10:16). And “Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law” (Rom. 13:10). And Jesus commanded believers to “love your enemies” (Matt. 5:44).

It’s my belief that the conservative politics and values that Charlie Kirk presented at centers of education for civil discourse is not what got him assassinated, but rather it was his undying love, defense and bold declarations of the gospel of Jesus Christ that became the flashpoint for hatred and vitriol against him. He defended biblical truths and there’s a very large contingent of people in the U.S., beginning with America’s lawmakers to the lowest of civilian ranks who adamantly reject biblical truths and values. This was clearly demonstrated when the conservative House of Representatives passed a Resolution honoring the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk. Now, imagine this: 58 Democrats voted against the Bill, 38 Democrats voted present, and 22 Democrats didn’t vote! Effectively, 118 Democrats did not like the Bill honoring Charlie Kirk who was murdered!

What Charlie Kirk founded for the good and right, wicked unbelievers exploited for evil. And while millions of Christians say that Charlie’s death is a turning point where the U.S. as a nation will turn to faith in Christ, I strongly disagree. Given the deception, violence and destructive end-times into which this world has gone, we true believers with biblical knowledge and discernment see an irreversible trend to more unbelief and wickedness. That’s not just opinion, but it’s God’s promise for these end-times. “But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived” (2 Tim. 3:13). And “the time will come when they [people in church] will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables” (2 Tim. 4:3–4). The state of the church is undeniably there right now!

We are there not only as a society, but many Western organized churches are also at this turning point where godly love, humility, confession and repentance has been replaced with pride, flashy sensational in-church Hollywood-style shows with ear-tickling sermons and teachers who affirm any lifestyle as a qualifier for eternal life, not to mention its merchandise sales! More often than not the organized church keeps people comfortable in their sin and unbelief in order to multiply attendance to keep big money coming in. Unfortunately, church has become a big business and church leaders lie about the tithe to gain more income or risk losing their big business empires!

Don’t misunderstand me. I rejoice for the many people who made decisions to follow Christ as a result of Charlie Kirk’s faith, his death, and TPUSA influence in centers of public education. But the sad part is that now, many of those new believers, see here, here, here, here and here, will go to conviction-free placebo preaching churches to be indoctrinated in traditions of men that “make the word of God of no effect” (Mark 7:13). Worse, the false pre-trib rapture is trending wildly on social media these days! And once again, many people foolishly sold possessions because they believed a false teacher’s pre-trib rapture lie! “He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him” (John 3:36). [My emphasis] And that includes the truth of the post-trib resurrection rapture!

Now, hear this vital end-time truth. If you go to a church that teaches the false pre-trib rapture, that church does not teach the truth in love, but speaks a lie to preserve tradition. And if church pastors feel free to teach one lie, they will absolutely feel empowered to teach other lies on other issues as well. Jesus gathers His elect “Immediately after the tribulation” (Matt. 24:29–31) and not before! Additionally, God said “Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him … Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day [the gathering of His elect in the rapture] will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, [that is the Antichrist] who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God” (2 Thess. 2:1, 3–4). Antichrist showing himself as God, and boasting “above all that is called God” occurs at the middle of the seven-year tribulation!

If organized churches do not prepare these new and existing believers to endure the seven-year tribulation to its end, those church leaders will be responsible for a dreadful offense, hatred and betrayal of many believers, Matt. 24:10, when people in churches discover they’ve been lied to about the resurrection rapture which Christ so clearly laid out in the Gospel record. “But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand” (Ezek. 33:6). And God means every word! As it is today little to no biblical truth of the end-times is being preached from Christian pulpits.

My second book “ON EAGLES’ WINGS” explains in detail how to know Christ and find God’s Bozrah sheepfold of safety and place of provision for the last 1,260 days of the great tribulation.
