“Your kingdom come”

Friday, January 20, 2017

“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: may they prosper who love you” (Psa. 122:6). This should be important to Christians as we will rule and reign with Christ from there for one-thousand years.

Please pray also for the peace of Washington, DC and America, for today is the inauguration of President-Elect Donald Trump. While many welcome that event, committed New World Order proponents rage against it because their evil globalist agenda now stands threatened.

I, for one, rejoice that Donald Trump won the presidential election! The alternative would have been immeasurably bad. Join me in prayer for a peaceful Trump / Pence inauguration ceremony.

Yet, the fuse of anarchy and rage has been lit all across this divided nation. Partisan politics is on display as 68 House Democrats refuse to attend Trump’s inauguration. Hundreds of thousands are protesting today, committed to their evil #DisruptJ20, willing even to incite violence.

We must pray, but with understanding, for our day is truly unique. When Jesus taught us to pray, “Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven” (Matt. 6:10), He taught us to look to the end of this age, for, “When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory” (Col. 3:4). Peter’s second sermon had the same perspective at Acts 3:19–23.

When we pray, “Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven”, we pray according to God’s will. While we speak those words do we realize what we’re actually saying? We are asking God to fulfill His end-time prophetic Words to truly bring His kingdom to earth.

Whether we pray with Christ’s end-time view or not, His plan for the end of this age continues unabated. But many prophecies and prayers today are earth-minded, not looking toward the end though ours is the final generation witnessing Jesus’ parable of “the fig tree” (Matt. 24:32–35).

When God’s kingdom comes and His will is done on earth as it is in heaven, only then will there be lasting peace, when Christ rules with a rod of iron. But in the interim we must pray with, “the mind of Christ” (1 Cor. 2:16), discerning our day, preparing to endure to the end of this age, for Jesus Christ said, “But he who endures to the end shall be saved” (Matt. 24:13). Believe Him!

We should not be surprised when violence and civil unrest erupts all across America. Nor should we be surprised when raging storms, earthquakes, volcanoes, hail and fire erupt in America, for she approved dividing the land of Israel via Obama’s abstention of a vote at the United Nations. Likewise, we should not be surprised when America’s own heartland is tragically divided.

The mounting spirit of antichrist fuels the rage of the nations, (Psa. 2:1–3). It’s the result of God’s restraint being withdrawn. Pope Francis, the Illuminati, the Freemasons, the United Nations and occultists are all globalists working toward Antichrist’s One World Oder.

Globalists demand a One World Order: one ruler, one government, one people, one economy, one currency, no borders, a cashless society, and the coming mark of the beast. They are now coming into their own deceptively destructive but God-appointed time, the time of the end.

Here’s why: “The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved” (2 Thess. 2:9–10).

Have you considered the truth that Antichrist comes “with all power”? As God lessens His restraint on evil, Satan, who comes only, “to steal, and to kill, and to destroy” (John 10:10), his agent, Antichrist, is coming “with all power”, but God is not threatened in the least by that!

Adding to global tensions, during his presidential campaign, President-Elect Donald Trump vowed to relocate the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, and he reaffirms that embassy move even now. Below are several headlines that reveal the general sentiment of that move.

The Jerusalem Post, 01/03/2017, “Bloodshed will follow if Trump moves US embassy to Jerusalem”. Breaking Israel News, 01/08/2017, “Jerusalem Embassy Move Would Have ‘Catastrophic’ Consequences, Warns Jordan”. Trump’s embassy move could ignite WW3.

World Israel News, 01/09/2017, “Abbas asks world leaders to stop Trump from moving US embassy to Jerusalem”. The Jerusalem Post, 01/14/2017, “Abbas meets Pope, warns against US embassy move to Jerusalem”. Naturally, Pope Francis is involved in these political issues!

From CBN News, 01/13/2017, “Pentagon Pick Gen. Mattis Says Tel Aviv is Israel’s Capital”. During his Senate Armed Services Committee hearing, Gen Mattis was asked, “What’s the capital of Israel?” Gen. Mattis responded, “The capital of Israel that I go to, sir, is Tel Aviv because that’s where all their government people are.”

Sen. Lindsey Graham asked Gen. Mattis, “Do you agree with me that the capital of Israel is Jerusalem?” Mattis answered, “Sir, right now I stick with U.S. policy”. Gen. Mattis was also asked if he supports a two-state solution between Israel and Palestine. He replied, “I do”, and said he would be happy to hear if someone else had an alternative solution.”

Gen. Mattis’ belief in dividing Israel for a two-state peace solution affirms what God said, “They have also divided up My land” (Joel 3:2). That does not mean it will be without much bloodshed. But then there’s the Pope Francis factor, the covenant-maker between religions, nations and peoples, why should we expect less of the rider on the white horse at this hour!

Praying with discernment, “Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven” (Matt. 6:10), acknowledges the truth of what’s occurring in our day, and then prepares in heart, mind and soul to engage the seven-year tribulation road ahead, and set our faith to endure to the end. The alternative to preparedness, would prove disastrous, possibly even to the falling away.

Contrasting preparedness to unpreparedness, Jesus taught the parable of the five wise and five foolish virgins, (Matt. 25:1–13). Synonymous with believing the testimony of Jesus Christ, the five wise prepared for the difficult night of tribulation, and were thus prepared to go with the Bridegroom into the Wedding Banquet at the end, “and the door was shut” (Matt. 25:10).

The five foolish, however, had not discerned that they needed to wait through the long night of tribulation and, “Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’ Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming” (Matt. 25:11–13).

Many Christians have been taught to misinterpret Jesus’ saying, “for you know neither the day nor the hour” of His coming, and point to a false “imminent” rapture. It is true that our life can end any second, for which we must be imminently prepared. But regarding Jesus gathering His saints, the rapture occurs, “Immediately after the tribulation” (Matt. 24:29–31), just like Jesus taught, in the two to three month-long fall harvest season, on any one of those 90 (+-) days.

Therefore, while it is absolutely true that we do not know the actual day or the hour, we do know the season of the rapture! In His love for us Jesus Christ did not leave His elect saints ignorant.

Jesus taught this truth in His parable of the wheat and tares (Matt. 13:24–30), and the gathering of both, saying, “Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest [fall months of the year]  I will say to the reapers, [the angels] “First gather the tares [the wicked] and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat [the saints] into my barn”” (Matt. 13:30).

Praise, glory, honor and majesty to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! May His name be exalted! May He be honored and magnified! May the testimony of Jesus Christ for the times of the end be believed by those who call Him Savior and Lord! May the Bride of Christ prepare herself as the Son of God has taught! Yes, Lord Jesus, You and Your Word be exalted!

Woe to false prophets who say “thus saith the Lord” when the Lord has not spoken! Woe to false teachers who parse out the gospel and not the whole! Woe to false pastors who refuse to prepare the flock according to the testimony of Jesus Christ, honoring rather the traditions of men! Woe to all who have not believed the testimony of Jesus Christ, for He is the way, the truth, the life!

Pray for Jesus’ will to be done on earth as it is in heaven, which occurs at, “the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ” (Titus 2:13), when, “at the last day” (John 6:40, 44, 54), the righteous dead are raised at, “the first resurrection” (Rev. 20:4–6), when, “at the last trumpet” (1 Cor. 15: 51–52), “Immediately after the tribulation” (Matt. 24:29–31), “the Lord Himself will descend from heaven” (1 Thess. 4:16), “whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things” (Acts 3:21).

“The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple; the statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes; the fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether” (Psa. 19:7–9). Blessed be the name of the Lord!
