So great was mankind’s fall from his first God-created estate that his fallen unregenerate spirit has and always will desire self-rule, which always ends in death. It’s called pride, and it afflicts every human heart. Pride caused Satan’s fall. In fact “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked, who can know it?” (Jer. 17:9). It instinctively tries to hide its evil from being exposed and fears those evils coming to the light, just like Adam and Eve tried to hide from God after Eve was deceived by the devil and ate of the forbidden tree, then led her husband, Adam, to join her rebellion, and together disobeyed the voice and command of God, causing the fall of all creation. Ever since “the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now” (Rom. 8:22), in hope and rapturous anticipation of “the restoration of all things’ (Acts 3:21).
The antidote to the unregenerate spirit with which everyone comes into this world, is confession and repentance under conviction of God’s Spirit, of one’s need of spiritual regeneration and new birth faith in Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for the remission of sins. It cannot be overstated that the only way to God and eternal life is by true saving faith in the Person of Christ who said “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6). If you haven’t yet humbled your unregenerate spirit in new birth faith to Christ, please do that now before it’s eternally too late. Rid yourself of the burden of sin and unbelief, for Jesus said “unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3). And, “if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation” (Rom. 10:9–10). The time to believe and be born again is now for the end is near.
Satan’s whisper that caused Eve’s deceit six-thousand years ago is the same whisper that remains today: “Has God indeed said…?” (Gen. 3:1). It’s Satan’s whisper that, still today, triggers calling into question what God said. It’s that deceitful whisper that fuels rebellion of what God said. It’s the deceitful yielding to that whisper that creates rebellion in people who make God’s Word say the opposite of what God actually said. This occurs on multiple issues among the evangelical traditions of men “making the word of God of no effect” (Mark 7:13). It’s clear by God’s Word what He does with rebellion. God punishes rebellion with severity. Christians are a people who are supposed to believe God’s written Word, and to never seek ways to discount or silence any portion of His Word in order to honor disobedient, rebellious, traditions of men; “but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way” (Matt. 13:25). It’s a scourge of ignorance, (more on that next week) and rebellion that has entered the church many decades ago that will result in many proving to be like the five foolish virgins of Matt. 25:1–13.
As for evil globalists of the NWO, in union with the UN’s 2030 Agenda, and World Economic Forum’s Great Reset, they still believe Satan’s lie that they “will be like God” (Gen. 3:5). Their intentions are clear! And to further punish true believers, elite world leaders of the most wicked regime to ever rule this world, (Dan. 2:40 and Dan. 7:7) are preparing to mandate that believers subject their faith to ungodly LGBTQ+ agendas. While its diabolical global rule will endure only a short seven years, God’s coming Kingdom will utterly destroy that fourth beast-kingdom, and its servants. Prepare now to endure to the end and be like the five wise virgins of Matt. 25:1–13.
