Raging Antisemitism

Friday, April 26, 2024

In my new book “ON EAGLES’ WINGS” Chapter 10 is entitled “Israel: An End-Time Clock” which is unmistakably true. Sudden, large scale antisemitism is a prophetic end-time sign. And right now antisemitism is exploding on American university and college campuses. Many are ignorant that end-time antisemitism heralds the rise of “the man of sin” (2 Thess. 2:3); nor can they discern antisemitism toward unbelieving Jews of Israel and believers, God’s true Jews of Rom. 2:28–29. But very soon now, antisemitism will raise its ugly head against true Jews with much greater hatred and ferocity than we now see against unbelieving Jews. In this context get your spiritual house in order, because if you’re a true Jew the world will soon rage against us.

So, what should we, true Jews, true born again believers do in the face of this antisemitism, because, believe it or not it’s coming for us next. I believe in this increasingly wicked world, ever descending into violence and lawlessness, it’s important for every Christian to remember the Passover. I hope you take the time to meditate and pray over your part in remembering the celebration that delivered God’s ancient people from bondage and slavery to Egypt which is synonymous with us believers being delivered from the bondage of sin that held us captive before being born again by faith in the shed blood of Christ. I believe the deeper into the end-times we go, the more vital and precious remembrance of our spiritual Passover will become.

Here’s why remembrance is so important: we dare not spiritually forget that, “That which has been is what will be, that which is done is what will be done, and there is nothing new under the sun. Is there anything of which it may be said, ‘See, this is new’? It has already been in ancient times before us. There is no remembrance of former things, nor will there be any remembrance of things that are to come by those who will come after” (Eccl. 1:9–11). In ancient times when God’s judgments came upon wicked Egypt, God gave His people the command of the Passover saying, “And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague shall not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt” (Exo. 12:13). God is going to strike America and the earth with judgments, especially with the tribulation’s Seal, Trumpet and Bowl Judgments, and to be kept safe through them we must have the blood of Christ over our heart and life.

According to this link, the first Passover occurred on May 4, 1451 B.C., which is 3,475 years ago, a time long forgotten by most people in the church having little to no discernment of the spiritual Passover’s impact on us, today’s end-time believers. In ancient Egypt, when Pharaoh realized that he let the Jews go, that Egypt was losing its slaves, Pharaoh’s army pursued the Jews to bring them back. But God used the Red Sea to utterly destroy Egypt’s attacking army. And God will again preserve His own, that is, those who are truly His by grace through faith, those who actually believe and prepare in the testimony of Christ, who endure until the end.

You and I as true born again Christians have no need to reenact the Passover, bringing into our homes the lamb with all the other regulations, (see Exodus 12), for today by the New Covenant we celebrate Passover by the communion table of the Lord as delivered at 1 Cor. 11:23–32, and this with great personal introspection. “For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, ‘Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.’ In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, ‘This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.’ For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes … [and then this grave warning] Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup. For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. For this reason many [note the “many”] are weak and sick among you, and many sleep. [they died] For if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged. But when we are judged, we are chastened by the Lord, that we may not be condemned with the world.” [My bold emphasis]

The Old Testament Passover and the New Testament communion table of the Lord hold strong parallels. The former was based on the shed blood of an animal, while the latter is based on the shed blood of Jesus Christ who died “once for all” (Rom. 6:10, Heb. 7:27 and Heb. 9:12). The former said of God’s protection, “For the LORD will pass through to strike the Egyptians; and when He sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the LORD will pass over the door and not allow the destroyer to come into your houses to strike you(Exo. 12:23), while the latter warned, whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. But let a man examine himself … For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. For this reason many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep” [they died]. If any ancient Israeli family had not obeyed God in the Passover, and had not applied the blood, nor stayed in their house until morning, that family’s firstborn would have been killed by the destroyer angel. Today, only God knows how many in the church are sick or have died due to improperly discerning the body and shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ during communion.

Please hear God’s warnings: these days are exceedingly evil. God’s judgments and seven-year tribulation are at the door! Antichrist will soon be revealed. The two witnesses of Rev. 11:3 will soon be revealed, which will mark the beginning of the seven-year tribulation. Are you and your loved ones prepared? Are you certain that you are washed in the blood of God’s Lamb? Do you know the protection God has provided for those “counted worthy to escape all these things, and to stand before the Son of Man” (Luke 21:36)? Or do you still believe and trust in the absolutely hopeless and false pre-trib rapture? If you don’t believe the testimony of Jesus Christ for the end-times, where is proof of your love for Christ who shed His blood for your salvation? Those who believe the pre-trib rapture have put their hope, faith and trust, not in the God of the Bible or of His Christ, but in the fruitless words and traditions of men which make God’s word of no effect.

Let me encourage you. Take time this weekend to have communion in your home honoring Jesus Christ who gives eternal life to all who truly believe Christ. Discerningly, remember the broken body and shed blood of Christ who suffered Calvary for the salvation of all who will by grace through faith believe the testimony of our risen Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

My new book “ON EAGLES’ WINGS” with the subtitle “God’s Call, Your Response, Your Life Journey, Through The Tribulation, Until The Rapture” reveals many daily and end-time truths of great importance that you will never hear from your organized evangelical church leadership.

  1. Suggest a short description of why Born Again Christians are (grafted) Jews, With, of course, biblical references.

    1. Thanks for your comment, Lionel. First, the most explicit biblical reference identifying born again believers as Jews is Rom. 2:28-29, “For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh, but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God.”
Secondly, God said to ancient Israel, “Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine. And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation” (Exo.19:5-6). But Israel rebelled in unbelief and idolatry. Repeatedly. Then God said, “Then I saw that for all the causes for which backsliding Israel had committed adultery, I had put her away and given her a certificate of divorce; yet her treacherous sister did not fear, but went and played the harlot also” (Jer. 3:8).
God never remarried rebellious Old Testament Israel, though He invited her to “return to Me”, but she would not. Therefore, we see at Rom. 11:22 that unbelieving Israel was “cut off” from God. But, “if they do not continue in unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again” (Rom. 11:23).
Then God said of New Covenant believers, “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation. His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of God” (1 Peter 2:9-10). Therefore, true born again believers “are the Israel of God” (Gal. 6:14-16), and are of “the commonwealth of Israel” (Eph. 2:12-13), not unbelieving genealogical Jews to whom God gave a “certificate of divorce”. Because of repeated unbelief and rebellion, ancient Israel was “broken off” (Rom. 11:20) from God, but we New Covenant believers “stand by faith. [But] Do not be haughty, but fear. For if God did not spare the natural branches, He may not spare you either”.
Ancient Israel was by nature grafted into God; they “once were” His own special people. But through repeated rebellion, unbelief and idolatry God divorced Israel, cut them off. But we New Covenant believers are grafted into the Vine of Christ by grace through faith and are now God’s “own special people” (1 Peter 2:9).
