Global Warming Is A Reality

Friday, September 16, 2016

Research shows that most evangelical Christians deny the truth of global warming and climate change though scientific evidence proves otherwise. And for many the end-time ministry of Jesus is so far out of sight and mind that much Scripture, especially The Revelation, is simply ignored. But I pray that God’s grace leads deniers to believe His global warming truths.

On the one hand the scientific community believes the reality of global warming, but on the other hand it denies God-reasons for it in their quest to deny God and His truth. Atmospheric sciences, climatologists, meteorologists, volcanologists and glaciologists and other disciplines recognize that mankind is destroying the earth, but Almighty God is also very much involved.

Global warming heralds the end-times. Just as surely as God said the generation that sees Israel reborn will be the last generation of this present age, so too, climate change will cause, “the sea and the waves roaring; men’s hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth” (Luke 21:25–26).

Earth’s temperature must and is rising for these and other end-time prophetic truths to come to fruition. Denial of God’s truth will only create offense in the days end-time catastrophes occur.

It is undeniably true that glaciers are melting at an unprecedented rate. Time lapse photography in glacial areas of Alaska, Greenland and Iceland show dramatic ice melt over the past several decades, and the ice is not returning. Documented, measurable glaciers that were once hundreds of feet thick by miles wide and many miles long are now gone.

From [phys.org] April 26, 2016, “Climate change and extreme weather linked to high pressure over Greenland…Sea-ice coverage throughout the Arctic has significantly reduced in recent years, which we already know is having an amplifying effect on warming in the region.”

Global warming and climate change is recorded by organizations such as the, “U.S. Global Change Research Program”, “National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration”, “Arctic Monitoring and Assessment Programme” and “Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change”. These firms are not at all Christian-based, but they do document facts of global warming.

We live in a finely balanced universe with the earth, sun, moon and other celestial bodies in precise orbits one with another. Were the sun further away or closer, life on earth would freeze or burn up. We should pay particular attention to the latter, because the end of this present earth will be destruction by fire, (2 Peter 3:10–13). That’s global warming at the extinction level.

Before that last day arrives, however, we have lesser issues of global warming to deal with. But first, it’s important to note that end-time indicators did not begin with fanfare. For example, the rebirth of Israel was not heralded as an end-time marker, yet it was exactly that for the one who watched for that event. Climate change began in much the same way, unless one knowing God’s Word recognized it as biblically essential to the end-times, it was not so noted.

At the seventh and last trumpet, when, “the kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ…[God will] destroy those who destroy the earth” (Rev. 11:15–18). Man’s destruction of earth primarily began with WWI (1914–1917) but was rapidly advanced when in 1945 the US dropped Atomic Bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki at the end of WWII.

“Within the first two to four months of the bombings, the acute effects of the atomic bombings killed 90,000–146,000 people in Hiroshima and 60,000–80,000 in Nagasaki; roughly half of the deaths in each city occurred on the first day. During the following months, large numbers died from the effect of burns, radiation sickness, and other injuries”. (Wikipedia)

Wars and nuclear holocaust destroys not only people, but also the earth. Radiation poisoning endures for centuries. And I’m one of those who believes God when He says He will, “destroy those who destroy the earth”. Yet, many Christians find the liberty and freedom, to glory in, boast in, and celebrate the day the USA nuked Japan. Saints in Christ, how is that possible?

Consider wild fires that now burn millions of acres like a giant furnace spewing heat into the atmosphere. Volcanoes erupt in unprecedented numbers across the world. Extreme weather events are occurring around the globe. Sudden killer floods have been destroying towns and people in Russia, China, the US and Europe. This is not the normal course of life, dear saints, this is God’s wake up call to humanity, to the truth of the end-times. But one must believe.

Consider the Japanese Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant disaster that now drains hundreds of tons of radioactive waste water daily into the Pacific Ocean. That radiation has been measured as far away as the shores of California, USA. Unexplained fish die-offs now occur regularly and globally, while algae blooms and industrial waste turn many rivers and lakes blood-red.

Yet, the church largely sleeps as ministers speak hyper-grace, ear-tickling messages that move hearts and minds away from end-time events certain to take this world by shock and awe. My prayer is that they all prepare in the truth before the Matt. 24:10 offense sets upon their hearts.

Consider this terrifying and global warming event: “The first angel sounded: And hail and fire followed, mingled with blood, and they were thrown to the earth. And a third of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up” (Rev. 8:7). That’s literal. But will it wake up the church and its myriad of false prophets, pastors and teachers who refuse to teach whole truth?

Consider the following spiritually faith-shaking climate change event: “Then the second angel sounded: And something like a great mountain burning with fire was thrown into the sea, and a third of the sea became blood. And a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed” (Rev. 8:8–9). What will evangelical climate change deniers do then?

Will the church then believe that Jesus gathers His elect, “Immediately after the tribulation” (Matt. 24:29–31)? Maybe some will finally believe, but many will yet refuse to believe as they hold to church tradition but become offended and will join the great falling away as foretold by Jesus at (Matt. 24:10), and by His Holy Spirit through the apostle Paul at (2 Thess. 2:3).

Rejection and unbelief of God’s Word prohibited ancient Israel from entering Canaan, their land of eternal promise, and the same will again prohibit many from entering the eternal glory of God at the end of this present age. Millions could be led to believe, only IF they were taught the truth.

In pride many have raised their heel against the Lord by disallowing the end-time testimony of Christ, thus crushing and silencing His Word as they safeguard traditions of man. That’s exactly what Satan wants, to make the Word of God of no effect. Dear saints, it’s a satanic scourge that Jesus’ testimony of the end-times is not permitted to be taught in the…Christian church.

Sustained high temperatures are drying up Southern California Rivers and reservoirs. Note this from the San Gabriel Valley Tribune, “Seven of those reservoirs are bone dry, and one, Santa Anita Dam, is barely holding on to a green pool of shallow water.”

This from National Geographic: in Western Asia the “Aral Sea’s Eastern Basin Is Dry For First Time In 600 Years…Once thriving, the vast Asian lake was drained for irrigation.” Globally, many agricultural water resources have been depleted to counter droughts. This will intensify exponentially under the scarcity of the Rev. 6:5–6 fourth Seal and rider on the black horse.

But again, be reminded, that, because much of the church rejects “the testimony of Jesus Christ” (Rev. 1:9) for the end-times as being applicable to them, the church consequently does not permit the teaching of His end-time truths. This will create great offense, hatred and, “the falling away” (2 Thess. 2:3). Therefore, dear saints, you must discover vital end-time truths for yourself.

Note this report from six years ago at October 2010, [capewatersolutions.co.za] reported, “Drying Rivers, Lakes and ReservoirsIn a new era of conditions dangerously affected by global warming, the world’s waters are rapidly running dry, creating crisis for wild habitats and human civilizations…World’s major rivers drying – one-third are gone or going…Groundwater wells for 3 billion people are drying up…Top 10 global river systems drying, ebbing away”.

From, Las Vegas Review-Journal, September 12, 2016, “Study gives 50-50 odds Lake Mead will dry up by 2021…The largest man-made reservoir in North America and the source of 90 percent of Southern Nevada’s water supply could be sucked dry by overuse and climate change in 13 years or less, a new study warns.” The year 2021 could fit with the time of great tribulation.

Global warming will increase as humanity goes deeper into the end-times. During the great tribulation and specifically on those who take the mark of the beast, the sun will, “scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat, and they blasphemed the name of God who has power over these plagues; and they did not repent and give Him glory” (Rev. 16:8–9).

The apocalyptic events of the tribulation will largely be explained scientifically, which will be fodder for the wicked and unrepentant, who, refusing to confess Christ and live by faith, deny God and His provision for eternal life. The seven years of tribulation are God’s last call to humanity, and global warming and climate change are a very real part of that last call.
