Many Conflicted Believers

Friday, May 31, 2024

Preempting today’s Letter, I must address the breaking news from last evening that former President Donald Trump has been convicted of 34 felony criminal counts in New York, NY. First, every decent, law-abiding, rational US citizen knows Trump did not get a fair trial, nor were the charges against him by a crooked New York DA valid. Legal scholar Jonathan Turley said, “This case should have been dismissed for lack of evidence or a cognizable crime.” But what we see here is the absolute weaponization of the DOJ by President Joe Biden, the puppet president who takes his orders, I believe, from former President Barack Obama. We see in this case the lawless Democrat Party operating with wicked impunity. And what we also see is the utter inability (or is this also planned) of the Republican Party from defending against the evil false charges against Trump. With all the blatant wickedness of the Biden regime, and its DOJ protection of, say, Hunter Biden and his associates, is it not stunning that Republicans can’t get to first base in bringing charges against this? This is because evil is being allowed to prevail in these end-times. And it’s going to get much worse, but many conflicted believers can’t see it.

Politically, many believers are conflicted because they listen to false prophets who blather on about false messages of “thus saith the Lord” that God is going to bring down evildoers, and destroy the false testimony of liars, right wrongs, expose the darkness and bring triumph over evils any day now. All those things are true, but not for now. Those things occur at the last day of this present age when Christ descends from heaven and destroys the enemies of God. Many conflicted believers can’t conceive that God will allow evil to prevail until the Judgment Day. But God’s promise for the end-times says, “But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived” (2 Tim. 3:13), but conflicted believers read over that with blindness preferring spirits who whisper “Do not prophesy to us right things; speak to us smooth things, prophesy deceits” (Isa. 30:10). In this regard, this generation is just like ancient Israel.

Many Christians are conflicted about their obligation to obey government authorities vs their obligation to obey God. This is due to false teachings of Rom. 13:1–7 by pastors and teachers who should know better, but desiring to appease the culture and government, tell their flock to obey the governing authorities although that obedience is contrary to the contextual counsel of God’s word. We must obey God rather than man, Acts 5:29. And one’s inability to discern this vital truth could lead to one’s untimely death by vaccination as already occurred for millions. By this I refer specifically to government authorities mandating untested vaccines to be injected into our bodies. Yes, we are commanded to obey government authorities, but that command does not extend to putting our physical bodies at risk of serious medical injury and death. The governing authorities, though established by God, do not have authority over our physical bodies. Period!

Rom. 13:1–7 must be applied contextually in light of God’s counsel that describes who we are in Christ and to what and whom we yield our physical bodies. A government of any nation in which you may live has authority over you for general societal laws, taxes, customs, respect, and honor to whom these are owed. But the government is not the author and keeper of your physical body, because our bodies did not come from our government but from God alone. In this regard we all look to God, the Author and Finisher of our life and keep our physical bodies from dangers that we know come from the mandates of unbelieving evil government authorities. And here is why.

While the following Scripture speaks directly to sexual immorality, its context quite naturally extends to preserving the integrity of our body from corruption that comes through government mandates that cause harm. “Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s” (1 Cor. 6:19–20). Did the government create you? Did it pay for your salvation? Is it your first love? And what is an earthly government anyhow? God tells us and we better pay attention to it because God said “The kings of the earth [this includes rulers of every nation] set themselves, and the rulers [law-givers] take counsel together, against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying, Let us break Their bonds [meaning the Triune Godhead] in pieces and cast away Their cords from us’” (Psa. 2:2–3). With intention, earthly governing authorities account God’s word and rule a bond to be disdainfully broken and cast away. I offer our government in Washington, D.C. as Exhibit A.

God wants you to know that Rom. 13:1–7 is very conditional and here is how: “For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same. For he is God’s minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil” (Rom. 13:3–4). [My emphasis] Rom. 13:1–7 is written from the perspective of a people governed by Godly rulers. But our governing rulers are “a terror to good works”! Publically defend Jesus and His teachings; let a Christian business refuse to celebrate an LGBTQ+ marriage by not baking a cake; both will be shut down, silenced, banned, socially destroyed; even to the loss of one’s job! We know that governments wreaked havoc upon Christians ever since Christ left the earth. Christ’s apostles and believers thereafter have done “good works” and were and yet are rewarded with persecution, imprisonment, false accusation and death. But Jesus told us we must expect this from the world, John 15:19–20).

Even the unbelieving world knows there’s a difference between good and evil, which is clearly represented in this foxnews.com article that compares liberal values to conservative values. Now, understand that being liberal or conservative does not make anyone a believer. It is entirely more likely, however, that a conservative is far more likely to be a Christian than a liberal because true conservative values parallel more closely with the teachings of God in Christ than liberal beliefs.

In the above article many thousands of conservatives want to physically separate the eastern part of their State of Oregon from their liberal counterparts in the western part because they have very little to nothing in common with the ungodly liberal values of the western part of Oregon. In part the article says “’Eastern Oregonians are very different from western Oregonians,’ McCaw said. ‘And you can take almost any issue that is a political hot topic, whether that’s immigration or taxes or abortion or gun rights or drug criminalization or decriminalization, you can take almost any issue, and what the people of Eastern Oregon want for their communities is different from what the people of Western Oregon want.’” And then speaking to the issues of COVID-19 and subsequent vaccination mandates the article says “’During COVID, the state of Oregon was one of the most extreme. They closed businesses across the state, they closed churches across the state, they closed schools, they imposed mask mandates and later vaccine mandates,’ McCaw said. ‘This was all state policy handed down through the government institutions like the Oregon Health Authority, which made these policies for the entire state.’” The great divide of liberal and conservative values is abundantly clear, likewise, the divide of believers and unbelievers is clear.

In similar contrast, true Christians should desire to separate from ungodly liberal government(s) and stand firmly with the rule of God and His Christ. In this regard the government does not own your body, God does. And as true discerning Christians we have no business yielding our bodies obedient to government mandates of untested and harmful vaccines. I emphasize this because we are nowhere near done with increasingly radical liberal mandates that government will force onto every person that it can coerce to its obedience, be that coercion by intimidation or fear. And as a true Christian you and I must be prepared to stand against the unlawful rule government wants to exert upon every person. Vaccine mandates are preparatory to the coming “mark of the beast”. If you and your loved ones sit under a pastor or teacher who tells you to trust and believe what the government tells you, I strongly urge you to get away from that non-discerning minister.

The fourth beast-system of Dan. 7:7 is coming for every person on earth, and true believers must be prepared and equipped to resist it in the power of God. Here’s how: “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death” (Rev. 12:11). In addition, the World Health Organization (WHO) wants total control of you and your body. Don’t be a conflicted believer who thinks you owe the government your trust which agrees with the fourth beast-kingdom that will soon overtake the world by force. The vaccine mandates yet to come will further the elites’ massive depopulation and 2030 Agenda.

My new book “ON EAGLES’ WINGS” with the subtitle “God’s Call, Your Response, Your Life Journey, Through The Tribulation, Until The Rapture” reveals many spiritual and end-time truths that invite you to believe God’s word and to cast off the fruitless traditions of men of Mark 7:13.
